Our staff are selected for their love of working with children. We are interested in talking to enthusiastic staff who would like to join our team and make it our policy to always interview job applicants who have a passion for working with children and would like to develop their careers. We have close training relationships with Andover College, Winchester University and BCOT and have successfully supported staff to achieve level 3, 4, 5 and 6 qualifications in childcare and education.
