From the point a customer applies for a property through MyHomeChoiceFyldeCoast, to the maintenance and repairs, the management of anti-social behaviour and estate management and the involvement of customers in service delivery, BCH aims to provide the best housing services to all of its customers.
BCH sees its role as more than just a housing provider and wants to help its residents develop and aspire to be the best they can be.
We appreciate the importance of involving customers in everything we do, and as a result has a wide variety of involvement methods including survey groups, improvement panels, BCH wardens and inspectors and a higher level Scrutiny panel called TOWER.
