UR Potential is a Community Interest Company. We are a not for profit organisation. Our values are based on community cohesion and the development of communities who take the lead. We believe in supporting individuals to fulfill their potential and reach their dreams.
We understand that for some people within our communities it is difficult to make that step into either volunteering, employment or further education. We will provide support through establishing peer mentors, befriending groups and training to ensure that step is a pleasant and rewarding experience.
We have four areas of work: Volunteering, Training, Research and Consultancy and Direct Delivery of Youthwork
