Greenwood & Company is an established independent firm of property consultants based in Farnham, Surrey specialising in Residential and Commercial Lettings and Property Management.

Since 1991 Greenwood & Company has built up an outstanding reputation and in doing so has established itself as one of the most highly respected, leading agents in the area, priding itself on offering a high-quality service together with integrity and sound professional advice.

Our large prominent office in Farnham, together with an extensive advertising campaign provide us with a continued stream of waiting tenants. That coupled with the fact that our listings are mailed to individuals, corporate clients and relocation agents who are seeking accommodation on behalf of companies, we are extremely successful at letting properties efficiently.

Founding partner Steve Nicolaides says ‘Greenwoods philosophy has always been to offer a friendly professional service tailored to the needs of each individual client. This philosophy has held us in good stead over the years with the company now handling a significant proportion of the local lettings market.’ Steve’s wife Nicola is a joint partner responsible for accounts and finance with their daughters Zoe and Heather also working within the company which now employs a total of ten staff.
