After the 2015 launch of F&B Pvt Ltd., company director recognised the potential for a Nepalese modern restaurant in Fleet, Hampshire. Their many beautiful people of the quaint village of Hampshire deserved an establishment of Nepalese food that would cater to their needs and also provide an alternative to Western-style dining for local diners. With all this in mind, we are proud to announce the opening of Kathmandu -fleet Restaurant .

Kathmandu is an intimate modern Nepalese restaurant that seats 54 plus. With the warm, clean lines of its polished wooden floors and carpet Kathmandu-fleet Restaurant features a stylish and modern interior that is complemented by its innovative menu offerings, which provide a fresh take on the traditional Nepalese restaurant.

Kathmandu -fleet restaurant features diverse and flavourful cuisine that reflects the tastes of many different Royal eras. Two hundred and a half centuries ago, there were many small states that peppered the land all the way from the South Tarai border with India to the very peak of Mount Everest. The royal cuisine, known as the deluxe bhojan, was offered to royal guests of the many small states according to their own traditions. Over time, it has evolved into a wide range of tastes that are classified most broadly as mild, medium hot, and very spicy. Kathmandu -fleet restaurant tantalises you with the aromatic cuisine of Nepalese royals, tweaked and refined over many decades.
