General information
TalkPLUS is a team of Therapists, Counsellors and Psychologists. We support people with common mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic and phobias.
We offer easy access to a wide range of helpful tools and therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).
Most of our clinics are held in NHS premises in Farnborough, Aldershot, Fleet, Farnham, Yateley and North Camp. Contact us for more details.
TalkPLUS is not an urgent service.
