Our Mission
To simplify the way customers do business with government and to transform our customers do business with government and to transform our customers’ experience through excellent service and quality at an optimal cost to serve.

As part of our commitment to making it easier for our customers, you can now connect to most common government services through a variety of easy to access channels: website, mobile app, digital kiosks, phone service or our service centres.

Who we are
Service NSW is an award-winning NSW Government initiative delivering improved world class services on behalf of other NSW Government Agencies. Service NSW has been shaped by our customers – who want easier and more online access to government services and a single point of contact.

We offer NSW residents around 1000 transactions – including online driver licences renewals, birth certificates, Seniors Cards and Fair Trading licences through one digital service, one phone number and a growing network of Service Centres.

Our Service Centres are conveniently located across the state, removing siloed stand-alone government shopfronts such as motor registries, Fair Trading counters and more.

When visiting one of our Service Centres, customers can book appointments, use the digital kiosks to make their visit even faster and take advantage of Wi-Fi and a range of other services.

We are always working to deliver more transactions through our online channels to meet the ever growing customer demand for quick and easy online services. Already you can visit our website to renew your licence, and whilst your there you can apply for an Owner Builder Permit. You can renew you vehicle registration and order a National Parks Annual Pass.

Our Facebook Page’s focus is to encourage an open online community for our customers, Service NSW will remove any content that does not comply with our social media guidelines .Please respect other community members and their opinions, and remember that not everyone will necessarily agree with you. The goal of our Facebook community is to engage with you, our customers, and provide an additional channel for your enquiries. We are open to expressions of opinion, and will do our best to respond with the best our knowledge, but it's important your contributions add value to the community.

Discussion of relevant topics about Service NSW
Service NSW regards all aspects of its relationships with its customers as confidential, and does not specifically comment on issues relating directly to its customers or their relationship with the NSW Government. Any commentary or content relating to legal action or issues of similar sensitivity will be removed.

How the page should not be used
Please do not post messages that contain:
• Any content or links that are unlawful, or may defame, discriminate, offend, interfere with privacy or infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Swearing, or abusive, racist, or sexist remarks or obscenities or sexually explicit comments or material; including in languages other than English.
• Personal attacks against other users, members of the public or Service NSW staff members.
• Reposts of other users requests or offers, or anything else that could be considered spam.
• Personal or confidential information or contact details.

Any breach of these guidelines will result in the removal of the comment by Service NSW. However if, material is posted that does not adhere to our social media guidelines before we can remove it, Service NSW is not liable for any damages it causes. Content posted by followers does not necessarily reflect Service NSW views or opinions.

Is this page monitored 24/7?
