General information
Pathways of Chesterfield is the service for the homeless, and those at risk of homelessness in Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire.
Our drop-in service is currently open Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm. Our administration staff are available between 9:15 and 5pm, Mon-Friday.
We also offer food provision on a drop in basis Tuesday between
11am and 1pm.
Anyone who feels at risk of becoming homeless, and who needs help to remain in their home, can also attend our service and gain support from our clinics.
Professionals who are aware of individuals who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, can refer them to our service by completion of our referral form.
