1st Point Consulting were formed to progress service charge management and to offer other property services in what can be a very costly and time consuming field. 1st Point Consulting are able to offer either a full service charge management role or on a bespoke project-by-project basis. Having experienced retailer service charges first hand, four independent service charge experts decided to form the limited liability partnership of 1st Point Consulting purely to provide a professional, comprehensive and proactive service charge management function to the larger UK retailers. John Gray, Peeter Pargma, Shani Viner and Kevin Thompson formed 1st Point Consulting during October 2010 and our original philosophy continues today. We have achieved savings in excess of 2m for our clients on a combined and individual basis, since we were established in October 2010. Our far reaching effectiveness also has provided indirect benefit to other retailers as we have successfully negotiated cost reductions for all, throughout the country.
