Our Head Office in Chelmsford is situated on Victoria Road in the heart of Chelmsford, just 2 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes walk from the high street. Our highly visible shop is passed by hundreds of people every day.

Our New Office in Colchester is at 109 Magdalen Street, on the corner of Wimpole Road and Brook Street.

Since our inception back in 2006, we have grown considerably and now offer all our services not just in Chelmsford, but right across Essex.

Now in our 10th year of trading we have established ourselves as one, if not THE market leader at saving clients money across Essex, when selling or letting property.

In addition, both Company Directors play an active role in overseeing operations, and are fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors which allow us to produce Energy Performance Certificates for Vendors and Landlords, and compile Home Information Packs for our clients at industry leading rates.
