Viv Ward is a fully qualified, FRYOG trained yoga teacher offering classical yoga techniques to improve your physical and mental well-being.Yoga group classes and one-to-ones available for all ability levels.
I hold 2 types of class in Bosham Village Hall: Your Yoga and Yoga. Your Yoga is a shorter, easier version but beginners can attend the other class if they bear in mind not to compare themselves to others. Mondays and Thursdays, 5pm-6pm: Your Yoga. Tuesdays 12:15-1.35pm and Thursdays: 6.05pm-7.25pm Yoga.
I also teach hot yoga at Everyone Active, Westgate, Chichester on Wednesday 4.30pm, and every other Sunday morning.
