R&W provides a comprehensive range of civil engineering, traffic management and environmental services with specialist expertise in highways maintenance. We have been successfully operating in the south of England for over 30 years. Based in depots across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey, Kent and Gloucestershire we are regularly praised by clients and the public alike for our high levels of service, reliability and considerate approach to working.

We offer complete solutions for main contractors, local councils and other private clients such as renewable energy providers, schools, NHS trusts, retailers and other businesses. From bridge reconstruction to groundworks, drainage schemes to vehicle restraint systems, we can plan, build, repair, maintain, refurbish, recycle and improve any road, bridge, car park, embankment or industrial site through our four companies: R&W Civil Engineering; R&W Traffic Management; R&W Environmental; and R&W Rail.
