In 2005 we purchased a landmark Regency building in the centre of Cheltenham as business growth and the need to accommodate our expanding operations drove the move to 1 Bath Street. The building has been lovingly refurbished, blending historic elegance with must-have mod cons such as air conditioning and high-tech connectivity. Being a stone's throw from the High Street enables us to provide an extremely convenient one-stop property service for all types of clients, be they families out shopping or business folk on their lunch break.

We have 13 highly qualified staff, some of whom are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA)

Areas of Business

We generally hold a stock of properties between the price range of 200,000 and 1.5 million. We manage a portfolio of approximately 200 letting properties and usually have approximately 30 flats & houses available to rent in the Cheltenham area.
