General information
Studio 340 is a community based creative arts venue based in Cheltenham, here to help develop your musical, technical, and artistic talent. We have a fully operational recording studio, rehearsal room, and live events room. The space is available for you to use assisted by industry professionals, all within an affordable budget.
Whether you are a rock band, acoustic artist, or DJ looking to record or rehearse, our rehearsal space will be suitable for all of your needs.
Our rehearsal space includes a Pearl Target Series drum kit, though we request bands to bring their own sticks, plectrums, jack leads and cymbals and other breakables. We also have 2 Line 6 Spider III 30 watt guitar amps and a Laney RB4 bass amp for use by bands should they be required, although use of cymbals and snare drum is not included in price of rehearsal room.
Use of Studio 340 is £10 per hour, this is for all uses (rehearsing, recording, mixing, etc), use of our set of drum breakables (Hi hats, crash cymbal, ride cymbal and snare) is an additional £2.50 per hour. We have a minimum booking time of 2 hours per session.
