Thinking about selling? Selling your house doesn't have to be expensive: we are certain that we will save you money.

We are the only agent who will visit you to talk about our service after work or on a Saturday or Sunday. We pick up the phone or call you back at all hours too as we are never really closed for business.

Our fee is only payable on completion of the sale and we do everything else that other agents do - advertising, putting a for sale board up, viewings, negotiating, chasing sales, dealing with solicitors and posting out information

How do we do this for less than an average agent? Simply this: our office costs are lower than theirs.

We have an office not a shop on the high street
We don't have flash cars
We don't have people sitting in our office checking facebook all day. They all work!
We are a virtually paper-less office
We only pay for advertising that works
