We know that many people have experienced dull and uninspiring equality training, which is irrelevant to their role and has not dealt with their needs. EqualiTeach adopts a different approach. We understand that every organisation is different. To ensure that our training is fully tailored to your needs, we liaise with you directly, listen to your concerns and adapt ourpackages accordingly. This consultation process can involve site visits, online questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and policy analysis.

We adopt a non-judgemental, non-confrontational, open and honest
approach to training. We allay fears and deliver engaging, dynamic and
interactive training sessions. Our unique approach ensures that all
participants feel safe, engaged and motivated to implement their learning in the workplace. We also work with equality champions who deliver passionate personal testimonies, which provide a unique insight into the destructive nature of inequality, and offer a
powerful conclusion to the training.
