Situated on a 12-acre secure site north of Bedford surrounded by private land, we are just over an hour away from London Town. Our 'A' Stage is ideal for up to arena-size tours, which is fully sound-proofed and comes with en-suite dressing rooms and production office. The Live Room, which is linked to our recording studio, is perfect for up and coming bands to rehearse in and shoot videos.

The Music Lab hosts a number of companies within the music, tv and film industry and our caterers, GrassRoots Hospitality will ensure all your catering needs are met.

We work closely with Bedford Aerodrome who have 1,100m of licensed runway and dedicated helipads for clients wishing to fly here, Tofte Manor who provide luxurious accommodation for artistes/actors and their management, and Bodyflight who provide indoor adrenaline sports for those lucky enough to get some time off!
