Camping at The Lodge

The Lodge is a small certificated site a few minutes from J11 of the M20 and the Channel Tunnel and about twenty from Dover ferries.

Tent plus 2 = £14 plus £3 for hook up
Motorhome/Caravan = £18 with hook up £15 without

The site is conveniently situated for exploring Canterbury, Dover and all of East Kent.

Based on a smallholding with sheep, lambs chickens, pigs and Poppy the goat. The Lodge is set in lovely countryside with many walks. At certain times of the year there are lambs and baby chicks to see.

The local pub The George is a stroll away and serves food every day and evening. There are many other good pubs within a ten minute drive.

Winter
We now have 2 gravel pitches with hook up if needed which are available all year for caravans and motorhomes.

Tent pitches are available for hardy campers!

March to October
There are five grass pitches for caravans and motorhomes with electric hook up, water and chemical disposal available.

For tent campers grass pitches are available with electric hook up if needed . There are two loos and a shower.

Bell tent available to hire £30 for two people plus £10 per extra person. Electric hook up and lights included.

Firepits are available to hire so you can enjoy a campfire. £2 plus £5 for bag of logs.

Dogs are permitted on request but must be on a lead except in the designated exercise area and cleared up after.

Eggs from the free range hens are usually available.

We are certificated through the Freedom Camping Club It is free to join and you can join on site. www.freedomcampingclub.org/
