I own the Martin & Co franchise in Ashford and I am committed to continuing to grow my business through recommendation. I can only hope to achieve this by providing all my clients (sellers/buyers/landlords/renters/contractors) with an unrivalled experience.

To achieve this I employ the best people and provide them with the right environment so that they can spend time helping people to sell or let or find a perfect home. Unlike most agents I do not pay commission to my team, instead I pay class leading salaries that ensure that you will always receive the right advice for you and unlike many of my competitors which have high staff turnover, my team remains constant so you do not have to repeat yourself time and time again.

Don t be fooled by competitors claims that they pay commission to keep their staff hungry so that they strive to sell or let more properties. Buyers are put off by pushy sales staff, they respond far more favorably to professional and knowledgeable staff. Our ability is second to none, our ratio of sales to listings is consistently the highest in Ashford.

We do not use remote services, our property management team live and work in Ashford as does our sale progressor. We believe it is important to work in the same location not only so that we have access to other team members but also know the properties and are available to meet clients face to face.

We have two offices in Ashford, at 53 High Street (next to Your Move) and at 7-9 Repton Avenue (adjacent to Repton Manor Primary School) and can talk to you about sales or lettings in either office.

We are also able to access the mortgage market with the support of Charles Mac The Mortgage and Protection Specialists. This Ashford based firm are the only Whole of Market mortgage brokers in the High Street that will not charge you a fee for their service.

We look after hundreds of homes in the Ashford area and I will always make myself available to investors looking to start or grow their portfolios. Myself and my team will happily provide advice and help to identify suitable properties whether they are for sale through us or another agent. By doing so I have built a database of nearly 1,000 investors that have or are looking to buy in the area. I always have demand for tenanted properties, if you are looking to sell then this can often be a better solution that having to remove the tenant and to sell an empty property.

We have a range of prices that relate to the service that you require and the number of properties that you would like us to look after. If you call us I would happily discuss fees with you which are transparent, very competitive and all inclusive. We often run incentives and can guarantee to beat any comparable quote from any reputable local agent.
