Our strengths lie in the unique relationship we have with our group of 50 enthusiastic Lake District Farmers who have invested in a unique breeding programme to produce the finest Herdwick Lamb, Herdwick Mutton, Native Breed Beef, and Naturally Raised Pink Veal, the Lake District has to offer and only to be supplied at selected first class restaurants.
