Our office headquarters are based in the coastal village of Askam-In-Furness in the South of Cumbria and our licensed waste transfer station on the outside of the village approximately 5 miles from Barrow-In-Furness.

GROUNDWORKS / CIVIL ENGINEERING
Our extensive range of knowledge, products and services gives us the capability to deliver a professional and experienced role as Groundwork and Civil Engineering Contractors throughout Cumbria and Lancashire. It is our intent to work in partnership with our clients to ensure that their projects are undertaken to their specifications, ensuring that workplaces are safe and meet the required regulations and to provide them with outstanding value. We offer the complete full package of labour, plant and materials and ensure we work closely with our clients from an early stage, advising them on the best production techniques, which help ensure prompt and cost-effective completion. We can complete jobs in all areas of groundwork and civil engineering including drainage, building foundations, trench digging, site clearance and landscaping.

PLANT AND MACHINERY HIRE
We are self sufficient in heavy plant for hire with a variety of excavators, dumpers, dozers, telehandlers and tractors and trailers. We have a fleet of 6 and 8 wheel tipper and grab wagons, flat beds, artics and low loaders. Plant hire is available on self-drive or complete with experienced operator with all operators holding the relevant licences.

TIPPING AND AGGREGATES
As well as offering the machinery for excavating earth, we also operate a recycling licensed tipping area to dispose of it. And for aggregates to re-fill those holes – our quarry has crushing and screening facilities to produce various sizes of aggregates, sub soils and top soils from waste materials including Type 1 MOT. We are also equipped with our own Avery standard Weighbridge. Our quarry is just outside of Askam-In-Furness, Cumbria approximately 5 miles from the industrial town of Barrow-In-Furness and is permitted by the Environment Agency and has been awarded the CBEN Environmental Gold Award.

We are a one-stop company with a competent work-force employing builders, carpenters, plumbers, plasterers and electricians all working together to cater to your building requirements.
