With a dedicated Sports Development team, fully qualified Health and Fitness instructors and support staff - the department offers a wide range of services and caters for many different activities, from archery to zumba or just a casual workout.
The department hopes to encourage everyone to keep fit and healthy and strives to create a relaxed atmosphere for people to train and enjoy themselves - whether they are a recreational user or a serious athlete.
The University of Kent provides sports facilities for students and staff as well as the general public with different types of membership available.
