The Property Shop evolved as a result of working with investors to ensure that we offer the kind of service you really want. It was clear that a ‘no pressure’ agency was felt to be lacking in our local area, and we have been very happy to fill that gap in the market.

We invest in building positive and lasting relationships with a growing base of loyal clients, while remaining competitive in the market place.

The Property Shop is a fully regulated company, licensed by the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and Safe Agent (SAFE). As members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), we also adhere to their code of practice, allowing for peace of mind for both the tenants and landlords that we serve.

We take great pride in supporting the Barnsley community and source locally from independent suppliers whenever we can. Currently this approach is allowing us to generate work for local marketing and PR companies, photographers, planners, designers, printers, electricians, plumbers, decorators, carpenters, and roofers, among others. We are true believers that this investment in the local community ultimately benefits everyone involved by giving back to our Town and its surrounding area.
