We are proud to announce the launch of our sales department from 1st March 2014, although there are many other traditional estate agents to choose from we believe what we are offering is a new approach and we can now be your “LOCAL” online estate agent, With this we can offer highly competitive rates on a fixed fee basis so no need to worry about every increasing commissions. We shall be offering three different fee structures to suit all selling requirements starting with our advertiser only package from £495.00 plus VAT!!!
