Autumn House is committed to providing the highest standards of person-centred Residential Care for both the elderly and people with dementia. Making the move into long term care is never easy and our dedicated staff are on hand to make sure that individual needs are met, as well as helping to make this move as comfortable as possible.

All our staff receive continuous development through a comprehensive training package aimed at the special needs of our residents. The ethos of the group is to recognise that each resident is a unique and to provide holistic person centered care which fulfills their individual needs.

Our home is CQC registered. We offer long stay care and respite care can be arranged through social services. We provide our residents with a secure and comfortable and caring environment.

As part of the admission process to the homes potential residents will have an assessment by a member of the management team.This will ensure that we are able to meet their needs effectively and safely.

Whilst we recognise that privacy and independence are important to our residents, our key worker system ensures that individual needs are always met.
