If you can breathe, you can yoga. It's this inclusiveness that I love, and my classes are about finding poses that fit the body, not the other way around.
Trained by the internationally renowned Anne-Marie Newland of Sun Power Yoga, I teach a style that blends the discipline of classical yoga with the power of Astanga, whilst maintaining that essential connection to the breath.
More than anything else, yoga is a chance to switch off from the the rest of your day and give a little bit of time to yourself. The atmosphere is absolutely non-judgemental and non-competitive, you work at your own pace. Expect to sweat, to relax, and to laugh. A lot.
