We aim to work in partnership with Service Users, Family and other Professionals to provide a service that meets the individual needs of the Service User.

- To create a safe, happy and secure environment, this enables the Service User to develop to their full potential.
- To provide a high standard of domiciliary care through the development of individual care plans that incorporated all aspects of the Service Users’ care and well-being.
- To establish appropriate patterns of care which meet the needs of the Service User and provide support for the family.
- To encourage involvement with the local and wider community by using local amenities and integrated social, leisure and sports facilities.
- To encourage all Service Users to respect and value each other and all staff to be committed to creating a safe and supportive environmentthat respects diversity, choice and individuality.
