M J Faint Ltd are located just outside Bath in Wiltshire’s county town of Trowbridge. We are a family run business that can trace its beginnings, in and around Trowbridge/Bath, back to 1964. We are long time members of the Federation of Master Builders and pride ourselves on our standard of workmanship.

We are experts in traditional and contemporary roofing methods. We have built up relationships with many local clients, including private individuals, builders and authorities throughout the South West and beyond. Our reputation has enabled us to carry out projects in London, Birmingham and even the Western Isles of Scotland.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Over the years we have established a close relationship with many clients who require periodic roof and property inspections/maintenance. This enables them to budget annually, they are reassured that their property is being supervised and that any problems are dealt with swiftly, therefore reducing the likely-hood of major repairs. We can report on different elements of individual properties that require attention and produce an action plan for the way forward based on necessity and clients needs. Being established over a long period of time has also enabled us to create links with other trades and if required contacts can be offered to our clients.
