For Years a Shop and then a Wine Bar

Although originally designed as a house the front of the building was re-designed during the Regency era to create a shop.

During Victorian times it was both a shoe shop and a hosiery specialist. Whilst in the later twentieth century it was both a bookshop and a handicraft shop before becoming a popular wine bar.

It was converted back to its original purpose as a refined residential dwelling from 2005.
