The Mission Theatre is a Grade II listed building in the heart of Bath, which was converted into a fully equipped venue by Next Stage Theatre Company in 2004.
The Mission plays host to a wide range of drama, opera, music, dance, festival events, youth productions, talks and performances. The versatile downstairs Main Auditorium seats 150 and can be arranged in-the-round, thrust or a variety of end-on configurations. Upstairs there is a 50-seater space which is ideal for intimate shows and music events, and a Bistro - The Green Room - which operates a fully licensed bar. The bistro and bar are open evenings and weekends if there are events on at the theatre and audiences can enjoy drinks and a selection of vegetarian and vegan meals and light snacks.
