Hasslacher’s Solid bar Colombian 100% cacao drinking chocolate has a deliciously smooth taste and packs a punch unlike anything else around. Made from rare ‘fino de aroma’ Trinitario & Criollo, (native South American) bean varieties, it has a much fuller flavour owing to a careful and unique fermentation/roasting process of these special beans with nothing else added or removed. Artisan grown cocoa beans are sustainably produced on small plantations and the beans are purchased directly from the farmers and growers themselves through a fair traded, vertical supply chain.
