Wiltshire Pain Clinic specialises in pain relief using a combination of Eastern and Western techniques. These techniques range from medical (remedial) massage, Biomechanics (alignment of the body by changing the feet) and Acupuncture. Bryan is a Licensed Acupuncturist and regulated by the British Acupuncture Council.
Tui-Na (Pron. Twee Nar) is used in the hospitals of China just as we (in the west) would visit a Chiropractor, Osteopath or Physiotherapist. It's roots go back 6000yrs so is the most tried and tested massage therapy in the world. Tui-Na is a very gentle therapy that concentrates on relaxing the muscles for joint alignment to happen naturally. If a joint is out of place and it is forced (manipulated) into place it will most likely spring back to where it was due to muscle tension. Using the correct combination of techniques to lengthen the tight muscles concerned will allow the joint to stay in place comfortably and keep you out of pain.
