Serving Cambridge, I offer confidential individual and couples counselling. This can be to fix a specific problem, such as an addiction or phobia. Counselling can also help you cope with issues surrounding eating disorders, anxiety or abuse. For couples and individuals, therapy can help to improve your relationships. You may want to sort out difficult feelings such as depression, lack of confidence, anger, sadness, or grief.
I use an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, including some use of the creative arts, sand tray and art therapy techniques. These can help to ease the discomfort of talking directly to a therapist about difficult issues.
