Our approach is consultative and we believe that by working with you at a very early stage, we can help you make informed decisions on how to best react to your lease break. We can review the efficiency of your existing workspace, thereby helping you identify whether you should stay in your existing space or relocate.

Whatever your decision, we can produce a creative and accurate design. We can also provide a detailed written specification and budget, as required, which can be put out to tender. This will enable your choice of a main contractor to be based only on price and deliverability.

Our experience has proved that the process of providing a brief to several potential Design and Build companies can be time consuming.
