Two friends got together over a pint and agreed how much better their working days would be if there were no names on the doors: just a band of able, straightforward people who hit it off, who derived their job satisfaction from treating their clients with respect and consideration and from doing their jobs well.

That was seven years ago. Today, as the Honest team surveys the tranquil waters of the River Cam and the civilised serenity of St John’s College, they might reflect with satisfaction on a simple decision well-made.
