General information

We are a law firm specialising in criminal defence and road traffic cases. All eight of our lawyers are fully qualified solicitors and between us we have over 100 years of experience defending clients at Police Stations, Magistrates’ Courts and Crown Courts throughout the eastern region. We also undertake work in the Court of Appeal and Courts Martial.

At the Police Station

Our services at the police station are free of charge to all of our clients and we provide representation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can contact us on our 24 Hour Arrest Line Service – 01223 359441. Finding yourself under arrest is often a frightening and daunting experience. Legal advice from our team of experienced, dedicated and approachable solicitors will help guide you through every step at the police station.

At Court

We have successfully defended clients who have been accused of murder, manslaughter, sexual offences, drug offences, theft, fraud, harassment, firearms offences, forgery and many more. If it is a criminal offence then it is likely we will have experience of it. In addition, we have expertise in representing clients prosecuted by the Environment Agency, Department of Work and Pensions and the Health and Safety Executive. Our team also has experience of a wide range of traffic offences and understand the prospect of losing your licence can be a worrying time with life changing consequences.
