White Castle Lettings is an independent, family run company based in Marston Green specialising in property lettings and management throughout Birmingham, Solihull and the West Midlands.

With over seventeen years experience in the property industry and as landlords ourselves, we are fully aware of the needs of our clients and pride ourselves on our thorough and comprehensive property service. Whether you are looking to simply instruct us to source a tenant (let only) or are interested in taking advantage of our management service (managed let) we are happy to assist.

We understand our clients lead busy lives and therefore we are available to conduct viewings and valuations seven days a week including evenings at your convenience.

If you opt to use our management service you can be rest assured that whatever circumstance may arise, we are here to help. Not only will we make sure your property always meets legal requirements, we will also carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is taken care of, inline with the tenancy agreement in place. Need emergency repairs - no problem, our list of contractors include builders, electricians, plumbers, surveyors, gas engineers, painters and gardeners to name but a few.

Tenancy agreements are compiled to our landlords specific requests giving you the reassurance of a legal contract that covers all circumstances. Your concerns will always be our concerns and we work closely with all our landlords and tenants to ensure that any issues that arise during the tenancy are dealt with and resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction.
