General information

Maxine qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1992 from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. After two years of general nursing she specialised in Critical Care for fifteen years, seven years at Sister level. Always driven to make a difference in her patients’ quality of life, she also trained for one year to become an Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist in 1998; utilising these skills for years.

She began her aesthetic career in 2005, training in dermal fillers then in botulinum toxin in 2006. In January 2009, leaving the NHS to pursue her aesthetic career full time, she joined a private hospital in Birmingham as Cosmetic Nurse Specialist.

Maxine helped manage and lead out-patient services for aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, expanding nurse-led clinics and working regularly with reputable Consultant Plastic Surgeons to enable ongoing support and advice to patients undergoing cosmetic/plastic surgery. She achieved advanced training in aesthetic and laser treatments and successfully completed a Degree in Independent Nurse Prescribing.

In October 2011 Maxine became an Independent Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, working in several clinics across Birmingham.

Maxine became Nurse Director of Maxine Moseley Skin Clinics Limited in August 2015. She has a full-time clinic based in South Birmingham. With ample free parking and easily accessible from all areas of Birmingham and beyond, as is located 1 mile from Junction 3 of the M42.
