E R Mason Youth Centre Company Information
General information
Ernest Rowland Mason started Youth Work in the Lee Bank area of Birmingham over 60 years ago, running a Boys' Club in a disused Public House on Washington Street. Following his death, he left a sum of money in his Last Will and Testament for a purpose built Youth Centre to be constructed. In 1963, E. R. Mason Youth Centre opened its doors for the first time.
