At Home Fitness is a mobile fitness training company. We started in Birmingham in 2004 and quickly grew to cover the whole West Midlands by adding Personal Trainers in Sutton Coldfield, Solihull & Wolverhampton.
In 2010 we started growing nationally adding fitness trainers in Bolton, Bromley, Essex, South London, Leamington Spa and Stourbridge. As well as mobile Personal Training, we also offer fitness classes and outdoor fitness training. Many of our Personal Trainers have strong sporting backgrounds and we have provided team fitness training and individual sports conditioning for national and international level athletes in hockey, swimming, running and football.
We select Personal Trainers for their personality and thirst for fitness knowledge. Each Personal Trainer is fully-qualified, and we put them through frequent training courses so they can offer a higher quality service. Many of our trainers have also competed or coached at regional or national level sports, so know about the dedication needed to succeed. They bring this dedication to your home, so you will succeed too.
