At Nexus, everything that we do is centred on the quality of care provided to those who entrust our carers to look after them in their own homes. The standard and quality of carers is exceptional and our team are available for short and long term bookings.
If you require simple or complex assistance then Nexus are the first people to call. We will work with you and your family to prepare a care plan that will detail your likes and dislikes, requirements and preferences and then introduce you to a carer who has the skill mix to meet your requirements.
As a family caring for a relative, Nexus can help arrange short term care while you are on holiday or enjoying a short break. Our carers will provide companionship; assist with household duties and social events.
A Nexus carer is trained to carry out many duties including the more complex requirements of dementia care.
Hourly charge rates are simple and uncomplicated and never change. Once we have agreed an hourly charge rate with you that’s it! No hidden extras and no increase for nights or weekends. One hourly charge rate for every hour and every day so budgeting for the cost of your care is as easy as it can be.
