Whether you need mental health support for yourself or someone else aged 0-25, you are in the right place.
Forward Thinking Birmingham provides a range of services to support 0-25 year olds experiencing mental health problems, including:
- A dedicated number for referrals and crisis support called an Access Centre – 0300 300 0099
- A range of services for those referred to our service, delivered in a location close to you
- A brand new drop-in service, called Pause – if you just want someone to talk to but don’t feel ready to make a referral

We accept referrals from professionals, individuals and third parties (such as schools or colleges) in relation to 0-25s, and 0-35s for first episode psychosis, registered with a Birmingham GP. Our secure online portal guides you through the referral process and ensures we have the information we need to get the right support in place as quickly as possible.
