Architectural Design

Your building project whether it is a small extension or a larger two storey development will need to be designed and planned out so that it meets both your expectations and the requirements of planners and local building control officers. Our architectural prompt and professional service to enable you to acheive your dream design and guide you through the complexities of both Planning and Building Regulations.

Planning Permission

Planning permission can be complicated to understand. Any failure to submit the right infomation can delay your application by a number of weeks. Part of our role therefore is to act as your agents dealing with the planners directly on your behalf and ensuring a successful application.

Building Regulations

Many building projects do not need Planning Permission and can be built through permitted development. However 99% of all building work will still need to be designed to comply with Building Regulations. We have an experienced team who can produce detailed working drawings for submission to building control. We can provide you with the necessary structural calculations that you may need and advise you on how to proceed with your building project.

Planning Consultation

Many people are unsure of what can be built or even where something may be built. We are qualified planners who can advise you on the planning process and possible development of land that you may own. Our services include:
