Dean and Mark Johnston started their family run business in 2004 after learning the trade from their father, who first established in the jewellery quarter during the 1980s. Together they have a wealth of experience, which ensures that their work is carried out efficiently to meet the tight time demands of their customers, whilst personally checking all work carried out by their staff. Customer satisfaction is crucial to the business and many new customers are gained from personal recommendations.
The business is continually developing to embrace new technology and trends in the industry. The range of plating services has now diversified into a variety of different service options.
The most recent addition to the family business, Monty the beagle, joined in July 2009. Monty became the mascot for the business after it was discovered that he lacked the drive to be a guard dog! He is a firm favourite with the staff and customers!
