General information

Jennie has always been interested in alternative and holistic health, however, following a life changing event 4 years ago her urge to find solutions to her health developed into a passion which led her to establishing Health Rise.

Four years ago Jennie was diagnosed with CRPS type 2 (aka causalgia) following nerve surgery on both feet. This resulted in a severely painful response to a peripheral nerve injury which caused intense cramps, skin discolouration, extreme muscle stiffness and bone changes.

Her only solution was a cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs to enable her to live some kind of existence which brought with it additional health problems. Not williing to accept this as her future and after years of studying the body and mind and holistic solutions Jennie is has now reduced her medication from 12/14 pharma drugs PER DAY to ZERO and is living a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Despite all her struggles, which led her to regain her health completely, Jennie's message is if you are truly prepared to take the journey and a holistic approach towards your difficulties, whether physical or psychological, you will find the answers to a healther body and mind.

Jennie is qualified in holistic pain management, NLP lifestyle coaching, medicinal herbalism, drug and alcohol withdrawal counselling.

Dave has always had an enormous passion for nutrition and sports training. In his twenties, Dave was sponsored by a major supplementation company and regularly featured on the front cover and inside the ‘Natural Bodybuilding Magazine’. He is expertly trained in Holistic Sport and Nutrition and studies the latest scientific approaches to dieting, health and sports training.

As well as running his own successful insurance brokerage, Dave is qualified in holistic nutrition and holistic sports nutritiion.
