Welcome to Anna Wilson Property.
Owned and started by myself Anna Wilson. I have managed my own rental properties since 1998, qualified under the NAEA having had over 15 years in Residential Sales, completed renovations, qualified through an ARLA recognised Residential Lettings and Property Management course under The Federation of Property Professionals and have a wide knowledge of all things property, a husband who is a Gas Safe Engineer and plumber we are in a position where we can offer from a let only service through to a fully managed with maintenance service, Inventory and schedule of Condition production - all to suit the Landlords needs.
Having watched the property market closely and being asked to manage other owner’s properties it became a natural progression to offer these services to Property owners. I am very passionate about all things property related. I don’t wish to blend in with other Letting/Property Management Agents I wish to open the doors for you to a professional, water tight service and retain all my Landlords for years to come. I have the enthusiasm, range of property knowledge and determination to do just that. You will deal with me and always know who will be looking after your interests and Property!
I know that the biggest complaint that both Landlords & Tenants have with main street letting agents is that the volume dilutes the service and therefore issues arise through lack of time and communication which ultimately in this industry need to be avoided for a smooth letting process.
There are so many legal implications which are on the increase as well as selecting suitable tenants, the essential referencing process, the setup of a Tenancy including relevant documentation as well as ongoing tenant’s issues and contact from tenants. With this in mind I treat all managed properties as I do my own with a very personal passionate approach to ensure all landlords are fully up to date and they enjoy the investment without the work - that's all down to me. I have the enthusiasm and determination to do just that….
We are members of The Property Ombudsman and comply to their Code of Practice. We are also members of The Residential Landlords Association and registered with the Commissioner’s Office and Deposit Protection Service. We of course also carry Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
