Following increasing awareness of the need for operators of espresso machines to comply with The Pressure System Safety Regulations, Espress Test was founded to offer a straight forward & cost effective solution for independent operators of espresso machines to comply with the statute requirements. As part of their investigations into an explosion of an espresso machine the HSE consulted with us and ensured that the service we offer is fully compliant with the law.
At Espress Test we only use examining engineers that are not only conversant with the regulations but are also qualified to work on the equipment they are examining. What this means is that the whole process is simpler & more efficient. It also means that the inspection is carried out by someone who actually understands the systems involved in the control of the espresso machine & not someone who is simply looking at the integrity of the system.
Our written scheme for the examination of electrically heated espresso machines & café boilers is now nationally accepted as one of the most comprehensive in the industry and our client list includes many household names.
