Who – Blue Swan Solutions are a building and maintenance contractor led by Kristian Swancutt and Chris Mantle and supported by a team of operatives. Each member of our team takes pride in their work and how it is executed. We have built a team that are pro active, conscientious and reliable. We have worked together for over 6 years, the combination of experience, communication and trust is what underpins our service.

What – Our operatives are multi-skilled and carry out plumbing, plastering, internal and external decoration, roofing and all aspects of carpentry over many sectors and projects including alterations and refurbishment, repairs and maintenance. We have a supply chain of vetted and approved contractors who work alongside our team when required. We are approved installers of Tri-Flex – a liquid applied waterproofing. We are approved installers of Repair Care – a window repair system.
When – Our motto is working for you, so when you need us we are there to ensure the job is completed within your deadlines. We work with our clients to understand their needs, health and safety requirements, budgetary confinements and timescales and deliver the work they require within these parameters. 100% of our customers have used us more than once.

Where – From our control centre in Bridgwater near Junction 24 of the M5 we work throughout the South West carrying out projects of all sizes for local schools, authorities, NHS, retail, domestic and insurance works.
