Little Owls Preschool

General information

Set in a small rural village just on the edge of Colchester and
easily accessible from the new housing developments in North
Colchester, as well as the Highwoods and St Johns areas.
The preschool is pleasantly situated in the centre of Boxted
overlooking the lovely King George playing field. Our aim is to
provide a safe, secure and happy environment where children
are given opportunities to learn through play and have access to
equipment and materials which will encourage development in all
areas.
Staff are fully qualified and experienced in working with under
fives, and attend regular professional development training to
extend and improve their practice. Our staff/children ratio is
higher than that recommended by the EYFS. We also have a
qualified teacher to further enhance the children's learning.
We accept children from 2 years of age and we do not restrict
starting times to the beginning of terms. Our sessions are term
time Monday to Friday.
Morning session 9.15 - 12.15
Lunch 11.45 - 12.45
Afternoon session 12.15 - 3.15
Children may attend up to 2 sessions plus lunch club on any
given day, providing continuous care from 9.15 to 3.15.
Fees are £3.75 per hour or £21 whole day.
