Welcome to the NEETSA facebook page, NEETSA (North East Essex Teaching School Alliance) was set up in response to the government's plan to give schools a central role in raising standards by developing a self-improving and sustainable school-led system.
We are an umbrella organisation of local schools in North East Essex headed by a Lead School - Colchester County High School for Girls. Through collaborative partnership our focus is on Initial Teacher Training, Continued Professional Development, Specialist Leaders of Education, Research and Development, School to School Support, Leadership and Talent Management.
